Oats and Berries

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup fresh fruit and berries of your choice
  • 1 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • Toppings: Vanilla yogurt, crushed hazelnuts, sliced banana, additional berries

We all know that good morning starts with good breakfast. And dont even make me choose favorites. I am a breakfast girl. This sunny morning we felt like oats. It’s a great source of fiber your tummy wants and very good boost of energy you need to start the day.
