Today we gonna mix it up with some sweet and savory treats. .

Starting with base. Rice. I am a basmati fan. And I am a rice cooker advocate as well. It’s just easy and no burned rice.
For protein I am gonna have some chiken. I like to cook mine teriyaki style. Chop it up and put I the pot with soy sauce, garlic and sugar. For the proportion it’s a personal preference. I always do it by feel
One chiken breast
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2 garlic cloves
3 Tbsp sugar
Cook it until chicken is cooked. I like to cover the pot and have it low and slow.

Then for the serving I like to cut pineapple in half and use the halves as the bowl. It’s a tricky to cut the fruit this way. I might do a video on how to make a pineapple bowl.
